The wearing of face masks is mandatory whilst visiting Eastgate Chamber and throughout the Museum & Tourist Information Centre unless an individual is exempt from the rule or sat using the café service.
Hand sanitiser is available on site at the Eastgate Chamber and there are multiple hand sanitiser stations throughout the Museum. All visitors are encouraged to make regular use of them.
Our bookings are running at a reduced capacity to allow for social distancing to take place. We therefore ask all visitors
to adhere to social distancing and be mindful of other visitors when making their way through our venues.
Please note that the Eastgate Chamber is accessed via a stairwell with no lift access. The stairwell has a hand rail on the left hand side. There are parts of the chamber with uneven surfaces.
The Museum is fully accessible.
